When you book with Brow Tribe you are agreeing to our T's & C's you are made aware of this before proceeding with booking

  • 40 % of lash extensions need to be remaining to qualify for refill pricing, if there are ANY issues including premature loss of extensions, please contact us within 72 hours of application.

  • We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice to cancel/ amend or reschedule your booking, changes to your booking must be made during business hours to avoid a late cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
    Deposits are strictly non refundable and will be forfeited if an appt is cancelled out of our 48 hour notice period, a new booking fee will be required for a new appt at the time of booking .

  • Refunds are not permitted under any circumstance, fix up for treatments can be done within 72 hours.

  • Brow Tribe reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual we deem necessary. Abusive behavior and or threats will not be tolerated under any circumstance & action will be taken if necessary.

  • Please consider that our advice is professional & in the client's best interest.

  • No show clients will be invoiced 100% of the booking fee.

  • Children or guests are not permitted in the salon at any time as per our insurance policy.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins to your appointment.

  • Please arrive make up free to your lash appointment.

DEPOSITS

  • When booking an appointment, you will be sent a request to pay a small deposit to secure your appointment this needs to be paid on the day of booking to avoid your appointment being cancelled and offered to our waiting list.

  • Deposits are strictly nonrefundable & nontransferable to other clients. Brow Tribe requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your booking. If you cancel your appointment after this period, your deposit will be forfeited & another deposit will be required for your next appointment. Deposits can be transferred over to your next booking (before our notice period) if you are rescheduling. If the appointment is cancelled the deposit is forfeited.

  • NO SHOWS: If you fail to show for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited, you will be required to pay for the full service before we consider rescheduling, no shows who do not make contact will be blocked from our booking system.

BOOKING IN

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a 40% booking fee, your appointment is only penciled in until this is received, if no response is received the appointment will auto expire 48 hours prior. No guests are permitted in the salon, this includes children & babies. Let us pamper you!

Please allow extra time for traffic & parking. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & your booking fee will be forfeited.

Please keep our staff safe! Do not attend your appointment with contagious illnesses, you will be turned away.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We send out a confirmation 72 hours before your appointment to give you plenty of notice, if you would like to reschedule before our notice period your booking fee will be transferred as a credit to your new booking.
